Bob is a certified Project Management Professional receiving his certification in 2003. This is his second tour as President of the PMI Erie, PA chapter having first served in 2006 and 2007. He is currently supporting SPX Flow Control as a project manager in their engineering organization. Bob has 17 years of PM experience in the IT, manufacturing, and government sectors. He has a BS in Data Processing, and an MBA in Global Management. He also spent 2 years as a lecturer on Project Management at Penn State Erie, the Behrend College’s Black School of Business.

Diana is the Vice President of Product Development for Healthcare Lighting in Fairview, PA. She is a registered professional engineer and certified project manager. Her 30+ years of experience were predominantly in developing products and managing product development programs in the aerospace and defense industry: at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft, Williams International (both aircraft engine companies), with LORD Corporation in Erie, PA, and now in a new industry (since 2009) at Healthcare Lighting. She has been an adjunct instructor of project management for Penn State University, and been a Project and Program management instructor and seminar presenter in various venues for the past 15 years. Diana has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Tom has over 30 years of Information Technology experience in various technical and management roles in manufacturing, finance, education, and government service environments. He is currently employed as a Lead Analyst at BASF Corporation. Prior to joining BASF, he was employed by Lord Corporation for 12 years. He has also worked for PNC Bank, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, Anne Arundel County Public Schools, and Illinois Institute of Technology Research Institute. He is an adjunct faculty member at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors degree in Management from Gannon University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Programming from Anne Arundel County Community College in Maryland.

Ronald is a result driven general management professional with 12 years experience in quality management, project management, and operations management. His expertise includes proven results in operational excellence, project management, world-class quality systems and tools, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, business planning, and manufacturing best practice standards. He is recognized as a confident leader with commitment to flawless “say-do” ratio and achieving high standards. Most recently he was a quality process leader with General Electric where he was responsible for quality management of five facilities in PA and OH that included the management of quality system corrective action, internal audit performance and completion, and lean six sigma project management. As a management professional he has experience working in a broad range of organizational types from small to very large companies within both union and non-union environments.
Ron has a BS in business administration with a concentration in project management and an MBA with a concentration in general management. In addition to his academic achievements, he has a strong background in lean concepts to include: JIT, 5S, Kanban, Pull Systems, Kaizen, Standard Work, SMED, WIP, and TPM. He is also Six Sigma certified as a green belt and was black belt trained in Villanova University’s prestigious Six Sigma program.
Currently Ron is an adjunct professor with the University of Phoenix, where he teaches undergraduate students business fundamentals.

Gil Asher is a Project Manager based in Erie, PA. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP©) as certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Upon his graduation from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Gil worked as a digital and analog circuit and system design engineer. This early exposure to the rigors of the engineering discipline gave him a solid technical foundation to complement his project management skills. After working in the electronic circuit and system design area for many years, Gil entered the world of project and program management. After working in these areas for several years, Gil earned his MBA from Pepperdine University. In 20+ years in both project and program management roles, Gil has demonstrated success in managing large, complex, international programs and businesses ranging from $250K to $40M in cross-functional team environments in the aerospace & defense, shipbuilding, and rail transportation industries. Judith E. Fagin, PMP, is a development and project management consultant who specializes in creative problem-solving and value creation. Ms. Fagin has over 35 years of experience in the areas of public/private development, transit planning and development, historic preservation, urban design, and government. Fields of specialization include all areas of project management, public-private partnerships for physical or planning projects and economic development, business development, marketing, strategic planning, policy development, and historic preservation.
Ms. Fagin brings a combination of national experience and local sensitivity to every assignment. She has managed projects in cities across the country, in Puerto Rico, and in London and Vietnam, using project management principles that apply whether the task is a day of facilitation, a business negotiation, fundraising, or years of complex approvals. In addition to her consulting assignments, Ms. Fagin has held positions within the public sector (state and local government), private sector (consulting and real estate), and institutional fields (health care and education).
Ms. Fagin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds degrees from Tulane University (Bachelor of Arts, cum laude) and the University of Miami (Bachelor of Architecture, magna cum laude), and has completed course work at Columbia University toward a Master of Science in Historic Preservation. She is married and resides in Erie, PA.
